going to be UGLY Buenos Aires
I'm traveling to New Delhi ... and now I'm hearing about things that the new "supreme" Buenos Aires is moving forward that will:
is going to close the state television channel (the culture is not profitable, of course)
It will fill the streets with police
Oh God!
